We seek those medical graduates who are compassionate and committed to the highest level of self-improvement and professionalism. For decades our training program has been recognized for fostering collegiality, teamwork and a personal commitment from every resident and faculty member to be the best possible version of them each and every day. Incorporating a daily commitment to self-learning, interdisciplinary cooperation, and mutual support of fellow trainees has been a key contribution to making our housestaff some of the best and happiest in the country. The faculty at the University of Florida is composed of nationally and internationally renowned leaders in the fields of research, education and patient care and safety.
